I clearly need bookshelves that surround large windows, with the sliding ladder and all.

I like the hexagons and books. But the labyrinthine brain nature of it and the black & white / fading into the distance freaks me out.

Can I please have this? Except I’d probably choose a more comfy chair or a sofa for occasionally napping. Everything else is perfect.
This doesn’t seem to be the most practical bookcase, but it’s really neat and I like it nonetheless.
Slide out filing cabinet / bookshelves? Wonderful. This should be pretty much standard for all staircases.
